Blueprint Concepts were commissioned by a prominent Australian builder to undertake various signage and shopfit works for Pearsons.
Primary components of the works involved:
- Complete project management and detailed shop drawings
- Tiling of floor and feature wall
- Partitions (walls, doors and ceilings)
- Plumbing services for all sink and floor waste, hot water system
- Electrical works (wiring from mains, installation and wiring of distribution board and down lighting, fluorescent lighting, emergency/exit lighting, GPO’s)
- Shopfront (wooden frames and glazing)
- Roller shutters
- Painting to walls and roof
- Signage to shopfront and feature wall
- Joinery and steel works (stainless steel wall shelving, counters, custom sized veneered display plinths display and cabinets with oregon table tops)
- Cool room and installation of air-conditioning unit
Works were undertaken in Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre. Once again Blueprint Concepts have proven their ability to deliver a perfect fitout program for one of its clients.
